1 salmon fillet
2 lemon slices
1 (250g) pack of asparagus
Spices: Salt, 1.5 knorr cubes, dried scotch bonnet powder, ginger powder, garlic butter
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
4 tablespoons of honey (2 for the salmon, 2 for the asparagus)
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 35 minutes
Mix the spices together and rub on the salmon, evenly. Sprinkle on some lemon juice, and place the lemons on the fillet. Grease a baking pan and bake at 170 degrees (celsius) for 25-30 minutes.
Mix all the spices and rub on the asparagus stalks. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a frying pan and stir fry the asparagus until fully cooked. You can sprinkle some lemon juice for extra flavor. Serve.
