New Year New Me: Eating Healthy

Haha, it’s not what you think. I didn’t make a New Year’s resolution to be “healthier and work out more”. It happened naturally.

After the feasts from the holidays, my mind and body rejected rice. I probably ate a bag of rice between Christmas and New Year. So the plan was to go back to my normal lifestyle after the holidays. That’s exactly what I did. I’ll share some photos of the “healthier” food I ate earlier this year.

Pan-seared Chicken and Asparagus

Plain Greek Yoghurt with fresh Strawberries and blueberries

Simple snack: Chin-chin and English Breakfast Tea

Breakfast (minus the bread). Also, I boiled my sausages instead of frying them.
